Greetings!
Jesus is Lord! 2009 has been a year to remember! I hope that you had a blessed year. As we enter into the second decade of the new mellennium, my prayer is "God your grace is sufficient for me!" People have a natural tendency to dwell on the problem, the thing that needs to be fixed, the situation that we can't change or do anything about, but it is during hard times that we should remember the following scripture:
"Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things." Philippians 4:8
I'm not only encouraging you to do this, I'm also reminding myself! For In His Season, Inc. 2009 has been a good year. We reached many of our goals and hopefully we touched someone with a positive word or a helping hand, that is why we exist! Did we do everything right? No, but we're not going to dwell on the shoulda, woulda, coulda! No! For "THE JUST SHALL LIVE BY FAITH."
Are you in an impossible situation? Let me encourage you, God is bigger than any problem that you or I have! Trust God to bring you out, allow Him to bring you through and to lead you into the desires of your heart. Don't have fear of running out, have faith for running over in 2010! Hallelujah!
The Best is Yet to Come!
I'm excited about the 21 Day Fast in January! As you know, each year we participate in a 21 Day Fast, many of you have paticipated with us in the past! This year my Pastor has called a 21 Day Fast for our church! I will participate in my church's 21 Day Fast and also join Jentzen Franklin for their annual 21 Day Fast! The time overlaps (it will be more than 21 days), hallelujah!
