This year's fashion show will feature 31 models, all breast cancer survivors. Their stories are similar, yet so very different. Here is one model's story.
Kerry was 34 years old, working at a job she loved, thinking of starting a family, enjoying her new home and wonderful husband when she discovered a lump. Suddenly her life turned upside down and fear exploded inside of her. She endured a long year of learning about breast cancer, having a lumpectomy, going through chemotherapy, radiation, and now taking Tamoxifen. "The support of my darling husband, family and friends gave me strength, and now the vision of success, is the end result in this emotional flight," says Kerry.
