What is it??
You may have heard these words come across on the news or on the Internet, but what is it, exactly? In October, Senator Joseph Lieberman and John Warner introduced a bill to jump start the cause to reduce greenhouse-gas emissions. The implementation of an energy allowance for businesses to purchase will create more thought about the amount of energy they are using, and will drastically reduce the emissions being put into the ozone. Not only focused on reducing pollutants, the Lieberman-Warner Climate Security Act is also working to increase the number of good jobs in the United States, and to protect the average consumer from high energy costs.
