June 17 - Morris "Pink Show" Recital at 7:00 p.m.

June 18 - Channahon "Blue Show" Recital at 3:00 p.m.

ACCOUNTS
 All accounts must be paid in full by Monday, June 6th.  Any dancers with outstanding balances will not be able to participate in recital week or recital!  You can view your account by logging into your Online Account Center at www.pamsacademyofdance.net. 

 

Correct Shoes
All students must now have the correct shoes!  If your child still needs the correct shoes, please do so immediately.  Time is running out and some shoes may need to be ordered!

 

 

Please remember that there is to be no videotaping at ANY time in the Rialto.  If you did not order a DVD, and would like to, please contact the studio as soon as possible. 
As a reminder, In Studio Rehearsal will be held next weekend.  Friday, May 13 will be in Morris and Saturday, May 14 will be in Channahon.  Please check the website for exact rehearsal times.  Attendance is imperative as we are getting so close to recital!  We will have food available for purchase on Friday in Morris, and the Corn Dog Stand will be there on Saturday in Channahon!   
Summer Information
Information regarding summer classes was handed out during Picture Day.  Registration for these classes is now available online.  Please call or email with any questions regarding summer classes!  Don't miss out - these will fill quickly!
  
Parent Observation will be held the Wednesday, May 18 through Tuesday, May 24.  At this time parents will be invited in during the last 10-15 minutes of their child's class to see what he/she has been working on, as well as videotape and/or taking pictures.  Students will also receive their awards for the year.  Each student will receive a special award, chosen for that particular student by his/her teacher, and then the even-year students will also receive their awards at this time.  

Recommendation Forms 

These were passed out at Pictures.  Please keep in mind that these are the teacher's recommendations for next year.  Pre-Registration for 11-12 will begin on Tuesday, May 17th in Channahon and Thursday, May 19th in Morris.  Online registration will open for both studios on Tuesday, May 17th.  If you register online between May 17th and June 1st you will receive $15 off your registration fee!  From June 1st to August 1st you will receive $5 off your registration fee by registering online!  

 

Recital Pictures

These will be handed out during class starting TODAY.  We were very excited to be able to have such a quick turn around on these!  The pictures turned out great and we are happy with how this worked out! Please look for these to come home with your dancers!

 

Essay Contests & Flower Orders

Don't forget to turn your essay in by Monday, May 23rd at either location.  The essay is to tell us exactly why you love dance and P.A.D.  Contest winners will receive a $100.00 scholarship to use towards Summer Dance Lessons.  Don't miss out!  Essay forms are located in the wall pockets next to the bulletin boards at both locations.

 

The Joyce Buttry Memorial Scholarship Essay is for any high school student and is due no later than Monday, May 23rd.  The winner will receive a $500.00 scholarship.  Essay packets are located in the wall pockets next to the bulletin boards at both locations. 

 

Flower orders are due by Monday, May 23rd.  Make sure to get your form turned in on time as the flowers are pre-ordered!  Don't miss out on this great opportunity for a hassle-free gift for your dancer!  Flowers are available for pick-up the night of Recital at the Divine booth in the Rialto Lobby.  Extra forms are available in the wall pockets next to the bulletin board in both locations. 

Remember your dancer on his/her special night!  Divine Dancewear carries gift items for all ages!  Customize your own gift packages and have them specially wrapped for free!  Please keep in mind, the Divine table will only have select items available for sale during Recital night at the Rialto, so if you have a specific gift in mind, now's the time to buy!  Divine's hours are Monday-Thursday from 4pm-7pm, Friday from 4pm-5:30pm and  Saturday from 9am-12pm.
