 As a reminder, the studio will be closed for Spring Break from Sunday, March 27 through Sunday, April 3. 

 

Classes will resume on Monday, April 4.
 

 

Costume Pick Up
Student Appreciation/Costume Pick Up will be on Friday, March 11 in Channahon from 4:30-7:30 p.m. and Sunday, March 13 in Morris from 12:30-3:30 p.m. For those that are not able to attend the pick up, you can pick up your child's costumes during office hours in either location.  Please remember to pick up picture schedules and order forms, as well!

Friday 4:00-5:30 p.m.
  
Channahon Office Hours:

 

Monday - Thursday 4:00-7:00 p.m.
Friday 4:00-5:30 p.m.

Recital Ticket Sales
 
Recital Ticket Sales will be on Friday, March 11 in Channahon from 4:30-7:30 p.m. and Sunday, March 13 in Morris from 12:30-3:30 p.m. As a reminder, all calendar raffle tickets will need to be paid for before recital tickets can be purchased.  Recital tickets will be $16.00 each.  For each packet of calendars you sold, you will receive a free recital ticket.  If you are unable to attend recital ticket sales, you can purchase your tickets during office hours. 
Recital Pictures

Picture Schedules and Order Forms will be handed out at Costume Pick Up Day.  You will also be able to view the schedule online at www.pamsacademyofdance.net or pick them up at either location during office hours! 

 

All recital pictures will be taken at the Channahon studio.  Pictures will be taken on Friday, April 8 and Saturday, April 9. 

 

Please check your schedule for your child's exact times.   

 

Please be aware that some costumes are in need of alterations before recital.  In many cases, your child's pants might be too long.  Costume companies purposefully leave the edges of the pants raw to allow for cutting/hemming to take place.  There are many instances where we had to order costumes based on a child's girth and not his/her inseam.   

 

Please make sure your child has the correct shoes!  If he/she received the blue 1/4 sheet of paper, you will need to purchase the correct shoes for pictures and recital!  All shoes can be purchased at Divine Dancewear, Inc. located in the Channahon studio.  Please keep in mind that some shoes may need to be ordered. 
Recital Information

Recital Items: This order form will be posted in the hallways of both locations on Monday, March 7.  The recital items will be charged to your account on Friday, April 1.  

 

Yearbook Proofing: We will post the yearbook proof with recital order on Monday, March 7 in both locations.  Please check this for your child's name to make sure he/she is listed in the correct dance with name spelled accurately. 

 

Calendars:  All calendar raffle tickets and money were due no later than Tuesday, February 22.  All unreturned raffle tickets will be charged to the accounts on Monday, March 7.  All raffle tickets MUST be paid for before recital tickets can be purchased! 

 

Recital Ads: If you are placing an ad in our annual Recital Yearbook, the forms and payment are due no later than April 10.  Extra forms are available in the wall pockets at either location and will be available at both picture dates.  Don't forget to wish your dancer luck!

 

Student Awards:  We will post the list of Even-Year Student Awards in both locations on Monday, March 7.  Please check this and let us know of any discrepancies on or before March 15.  This year, the students will be receiving their awards during Parent Observation Week.

 

Dressing Room Moms: This list will be posted on Monday, March 7 in both locations.  If you are interested in helping out with the show, please sign up to be a dressing room mom for your child's class.  We have designated a certain number of moms per class. Once the room is filled, please do not sign up.  This is on a first come, first serve basis.  We thank you in advance for volunteering!
