Greetings!
Diving is fun and it gives us the opportunity to hangout with friends, go to exciting places and see cultures in places that we would not see if we were not divers.
Most of us take for granted the ability to travel to exotic lands safely and freely. This is why I am pleased to announce that the Wounded Warrior Project will be the beneficiary of our Holiday Party on December 1, 2012.
We chose the WWP because of our recent Bahamas trip. I had the opportunity to get to know two soldiers who were between Afghanistan deployments. They told me stories about their buddies that the WWP has helped and asked if there was anything we could do and that is we get involved with WWP.
We will also be supporting our neighbors through the North Texas food bank. To raise money we will be asking for donations and selling raffle tickets for some great dive gear. I ask you all to mark your calendars for December 1 and plan on attending it will be a blast!

TRASHFEST AND
DIVE AROUND TEXAS 2012
TrashFest:
Come join the fun for a great cause on October 6th in New Braunfels. TrashFest is the nation's oldest underwater cleanup campaign bringing together scuba divers to improve the quality of the Comal River in New Braunfels, Texas. For information call Brandi at Dive West 214.750.6900.
