Essential Oil Recipes
Therapeutic grade essential oils are excellent to use during a colon cleanse and as colon implant suppositories
, but they are also good to drink and to put on the skin. Below we share a few recipes. Please contact us
if you would like the Optimal Health Center to formulate any of these recipes for you. If you would like to order directly from Young Living, please let us help you set up your account.
Immunity/Sore Throat/Cough Tea Recipe
(This tea will also clear nasal congestion.)
6 - 8 oz. hot water
3 drops Young Living Lemon Essential Oil
2 drops Young Living Peppermint Essential Oil
1/2 Tsp. MediHerb Echinacea Premium Liquid
Raw honey to sweeten (If you cannot use honey, use stevia or agave.) When our bodies are healthy, we vibrate at a higher frequency. When we are ill, we vibrate at a low frequency. Essential oils vibrate at a high frequency, so when we can sip them, apply them topically, or take them as suppositories, we can increase our body's frequency to help us heal.
In the tea, we use lemon and peppermint essential oils because they are in the monoterpene group, which is best known for its immune-modulating functions. The chemical healing properties of monoterpenes as a group include: expectorant, purgative, decongestant, antiviral, and antibacterial, among many other properties.
MediHerb Herbal Throat Spray contains the following herbs: marshmallow root, sage, echinacea angustifolia root, calendula, myrrh, and clove bud. This combination of herbs contains many phytochemicals including mucilage, essential oils (containing monoterpenes and sesquiterpenes, including eugenol), phenolic compounds, caffeic acid derivatives (especially echinacoside and cynarin), alkylamides, triterpenoid saponins, triterpene alcohols and their esters, flavonoids, sterols, carotenes, and commiphoric acids and esters. The key phytochemicals and other compounds within this herbal formulation can help:

|New Optimal Health Center Service:
Chi Nei Tsang Chi Nei Tsang (CNT) is a form of non-invasive abdominal massage. It is based on ancient Chinese techniques that enhance the energy flow to all of the major systems in the body. Chi Nei Tsang involves precise organ manipulations, work with the breath, and self-awareness practices.
The practitioner at the Optimal Health Center will explore the abdomen, mapping the tensions that are in the tissues. The work is mostly gentle, and the touch is soft, although it can be deep. Places that are tender are explored and through awareness, focused breathing, and gentle manipulation, the holdings in the tissues are relaxed and released. The practitioner may use guided imagery or meditations to help the client focus on, relax, or breathe into various organs and places in the body.
CNT detoxifies and tonifies the internal organs, uncovers repressed emotions, and releases structural tensions. CNT is also a system of personal development that emphasizes self-empowerment. It complements any existing practice.
Cost is $20 per session with a colon hydrotherapy session or enema series or $50 for the 3.Call or e-mail

Frankincense: Could it be a cure for cancer?
Frankincense contains an agent which shuts down the reproduction of DNA in cancerous cells. Scientists claim this stops the spreading of cancer cells along with closing down the damaged cells themselves.
"Cancer starts when the DNA code within the cell's nucleus becomes corrupted," says immunologist Mahmoud Suhail. "It seems frankincense has a re-set function. It can tell the cell what the right DNA code should be."
