Assessing your unique body's enema implant needs! For years, those of us who use the colon cleanse have wondered,
"how do I know which implant to use in my colon?"I have exciting news: The Optimal Health Center has teamed up with
Isthmus Acupuncture's Michelle Buchanan, a certified acupuncturist and Chinese herbalist, to provide a
simple, accurate in-home self-test to determine
which essential oil implants work best to optimize your health at a given moment.
Essential oils are aromatic volatile liquids derived from plants. Their use in everyday life dates back to at least 4500 BC, and today health-enhancing benefits can be found in hundreds of these oils.
In conjunction with her practice, Michelle is working on publishing a book, tentatively titled
Your Body Speaks for Essential Oils: How to Select the Right Oils for Your Body.
Michelle has discovered, through her unique system of testing essential oils on hundreds of her clients, that every person has unique physiological needs that
fluctuate from day to day, and thus call for
different essential oil implants depending on the day. For instance, one day the body may clearly lead someone to use an implant of frankincense, myrrh, and olive oil, whereas the following day the body may call for an implant of peppermint, juniper, and olive oil.
Starting later this fall, the Optimal Health Center/Network will offer an
expanded line of essential oils, including the Young Living brand. We will also begin to offer a water-based implant solution of
trace minerals and
grape seed extract. (Among its many proficiencies, the colon may be the most efficient absorption site to deliver the benefits of anti-oxidants and trace minerals to the body.)
Currently we offer
peppermint and lavender essential oils,
made-for-enema essential oil soaps, and
implant kits and related products.
So how do we choose which implants will best benefit us, personally, on a particular day? This question will be answered in a future newsletter.
