Test Your Vitamin D Levels Now!
The Optimal Health Center now offers a Vitamin D 25-OH, Total Test Kit.The only blood test that can diagnose vitamin D deficiency is a 25-hydroxyvitamin D test.

that the lab indicates that these levels
are OK, but we at the Optimal
Health Center
and the medical scientist at the Vitamin D Council do not agree. We would suggest that this client work to increase vitamin D
levels and retest again in 3 months. We suggest that the 25(OH)D level be between 50-80 ng/ml (125-200 nmol/L) year-round in both children and adults.)This is a home test for 25(OH)D, requiring use of a finger or heel stick to
get several drops of blood. After receiving your kit, use the finger or heel stick and put the blood on the
blotter (all items included in the kit). You will then send the blotter paper back
to our lab, ZRT Labs, in the envelope provided. ZRT will perform the 25(OH)D test in
its lab and send the results directly to you.
The Vitamin D Council has verified that results obtained by ZRT are accurate and
correspond very well to the results given by both LabCorp and DiaSorin
RIA. These tests are good for either adults or children and avoid the
venipuncture many children dislike.

Join Us:A Liver Detoxification Program Using Ortho Molecular's Core Support Colon Cleanse Kit, Dietary Changes, and the Colon Cleanse Recently on Facebook, I announced that I was going to partake in a 7- to 28-day liver detoxification program. I asked Facebook members if they wanted to join me. I was quite surprised at the response that I received; quite a few people are interested in doing the program as a group. The first two days are water and product only, and enemas or colonics as needed. The following 5 days are product from the Core Support Colon Cleanse Kit, a VERY clean diet with lots of fruits and vegetables, healthy fats, quality meats, lots of water, and enemas or colonics as needed. For me, one who eats very healthy already, the main difference during the 7 days will be the Core Support Colon Cleanse Kit product and no caffeine of any sort. The additional 21 days, for those of us who choose to continue the liver detoxification program, require a purchase of more of the product,
