January has brought me a new passion for my
business. More than ever before, I feel thoroughly
blessed to have created a resource for people to
learn about and explore healthy living through the
colon cleanse, the enema, colon implants, healthy
food, well-researched nutritional supplementation,
massage and far infrared sauna therapy.

new concept that I want to
highlight regarding the process of using the coffee
enema.

| I healed my Anal Fissure! |

An anal fissure is a tear in the anus, usually
extending from the anal opening and located to the
rear of the midline. Anal fissures are usually caused
by severe or chronic constipation, which causes a
person to strain to defecate. Severe and constant
diarrhea can also cause an anal fissure as can
Crohn's disease and Ulcerative colitis.
One of the main characteristics of anal fissures is
that they are very difficult to heal. Due to the
constant irritation on the sensitive colonic tissue and
the constant need to empty the colon, many people
suffer for years. Even with medical treatment, many
people do not find satisfactory relief from an anal
fissure. However, through my work with
clients with anal fissures and my expertise as a colon
hydrotherapist, I have come up with an effective
healing program for people with anal fissures. The

| More on the Coffee Enema |

This month's colon cleanse FAQ sheds light on the
coffee enema process:
As I understand a coffee enema causes the liver to
produce bile and flush out toxins, and this ends up in
the small intestine.
What happens to this toxic waste after that? Is it
reabsorbed into the body as it passes through the
small intestine and colon or somehow neutralized or
contained until it's eliminated?
I can't seem to find the answer on the web.

It is true that the coffee enema stimulates the liver
to produce more bile than usual and to flush out
increased toxins into the small intestines within the
bile. Due to the fact that the bile and toxins are
dumped into the beginning of the small intestines, I
have always recommended that people who use
coffee enemas clear out the entire colon before they
take a coffee enema, which is detailed in my movie,
Cleansing,
Coffee Enemas and Colon Tubes.
By having a clean colon and then taking the coffee
enema, I believe that the body is more efficiently
able to move out the toxic effects of the coffee
enema by having increased the speed at which the
bile and toxins can be flushed out fully from the small
intestines and into the colon for removal from the
body. But, of course, if one doesn't move their
bowels within 4-8 hours after a coffee enema, they
will reabsorb some of the toxins that they worked so
hard to flush out.
This is why I now recommend that a person takes a
second enema series 4-6 hours after a coffee enema,
if at all possible. Additionally, I now recommend that
people take an oral binding agent 20 minutes before
their coffee enema so that the toxic release of bile is
collected from the small intestines and carried out of
the body, with less chance of being reabsorbed, by a
helping hand, as it were. China
Chlorella is the
binding agent I recommend. One might also use
bentonite clay, cilantro or charcoal.

Prostate Health and Colon Cleansing |

Prostate problems affect more and more men today.
For instance, each man has about a 1 in 10 chance
of being diagnosed with prostate cancer. Prostate
cancer is the second leading cause of cancer death
in men.
Benign Enlargement of the Prostate (BPH) is even
more common. The prostate encircles the urethra,
the channel that carries urine from the bladder. An
enlarged prostate can obstruct the urethra causing a
decreased flow of the urinary stream, a feeling as if
bladder is not emptying, an increased need to urinate
during the night, and an alternating stopping and
starting of urinary stream.
A healthy prostate is about the same size and shape
as a walnut. It is located in front of the rectum and
just below the bladder. Because the prostate is so
closely positioned near the rectum, it responds well
to the colon cleanse and rectal implants.
