We are discontinuing our current method for patients to obtain H1N1/swine flu vaccinations. You should no longer call the dedicated lines outlined in the previous email between 8 a.m. - 9 a.m. Please call your office (Halsted, Lincoln, or Glenview) during regular business hours to obtain a same day flu clinic appointment.

Our limited supply of H1N1 vaccine is unpredictable. We cannot schedule appointments far in advance for this reason. Please continue to seek out vaccine in your community, if possible. Call 311 or visit the Town and Country Pediatrics H1N1/ Swine Flu page for assistance.
Please respect the hours of 9 a.m. -10 a.m. weekdays (All offices), 9:30 a.m. -10 a.m. Saturdays (Halsted and Glenview), and 10:30 a.m. -11 a.m. Sundays (Halsted) for SICK PATIENTS and DOCTOR/NURSE QUESTIONS.

In addition, we will no longer waive the fee for Dr. Donohoe's patients to transfer their records to Children's Healthcare Associates. If you still wish to follow Dr. Donohoe to his new practice, a fee will be assessed to copy your children's medical records.
