UNLEARNING is an essential part of the creative process. It is about unlearning old mental models and frameworks, and engaging creative chaos for something new to emerge. People's ability to acquire new knowledge in the workplace on an ongoing basis simply can't keep up with the continuous introduction of new change initiatives/programs/ideas. As entrepreneurs, leaders or consultants we realize often that to be effective in these contexts we need to master the critical skill of getting rid of the old to make space for the new. But how do we venture safely towards deep and effective transformation in the uncomfortable terrain of unlearning, so that chaos and discomfort don't derail our work? Come join us in this highly experiential and content-rich session to experience a unique creative process for generating fresh new ideas and conversations in service of life-affirming futures. Adriano Pianesi will guide you on a "journey of unlearning" to unlock new possibilities for you, your business and/or your work teams - a fantastic way to begin a new year! You will:
