Never before has there been such a dramatic need for our right brain voice, our "Artist Within", to have the platform and to be validated. In this FUN, highly interactive session Whitney Ferre', author of The Artist Within, A Guide to Becoming Creatively Fit will guide you through your own personal exploration of your creative, right hemisphere and provide tools you can take away to use yourself or with your work team or colleagues to set the stage for a breakout performance in 2010. By learning how to intentionally access the right brain voice, and foster a "creatively fit" work environment, one can turn the tide within any group or situation!

    • How to "set the stage" for your right brain voice
    • How to apply the Eight Principles of Design as a blueprint for success
    • Simple and effective tools for setting meaningful intentions, brainstorming, strategic planning, etc.
    • Techniques to tune your group into their individual and cumulative power to "manifest" the desired results
    • How to recognize "clues" that are discounted or overlooked in the left brain mindset

Dan Pink endorsed Whitney's book, The Artist Within: "Today's world demands that individuals, families, and organizations tap their right brain skills in order to achieve professional success and personal fulfillment. In The Artist Within, Whitney Ferre' offers a first-rate guide to succeeding in this new world."

Whitney Ferré, author and CEO of Creatively Fit, has been leading individuals and corporations through her unique creativity training since 1996. Her own story defies the laws of logical, left brain persuasion, and inspires everyone she meets. In 1996, she left a sales career to open The Creative Fitness Center (CFC), a "right brain gym". In 2004 a new partnership led to a re-opening of CFC as tHE aRT hOUSE and the launch of her award winning Nashville wine bar, Rumours Wine & Art Bar (rumourswinebar.com). She has worked with clients such as AMEX in NYC, YMCA, Columbia HCA, Bank of America, The Sommet Group, The Nashville Arts & Business Council, Gaylord Entertainment and others. She's learned how to apply creativity to all elements of her life as a business owner, corporate trainer, artist and mother to create a synergistic work/life balance. The overwhelming response to The Artist Within, has led to her second book, due out this March, 33 Things to Know About Raising Creative Kids, and the national launch of her new Creatively Fit Program in NYC also in March. You can reach Whitney at http://www.creativelyfit.com

    * IMPORTANT! Please note: The rental fees for our monthly meetings more than doubled in 2009. Therefore, starting in March 2010, CCN meetings will be $25 (instead of $20). As always, no one is ever tuned away from CCN gatherings, and if $25 is too high, you can still pay $20 or what you can.

Wishing you a Creative New Year!
