Creativity has become the capitol of the 21st century - a central focus in the world of work. The foundations from which we create greatly influence the output, quality and relevance of what we create...and how easy it is to access our creative wellspring on an ongoing basis. In this all-new, FUN, energized session, we'll:

    • explore core cultural and personal foundations - including assumptions, values, models and perceptual frameworks - that inform our creativity
    • examine the difference between inhibiting vs. generative creative structures
    • experience ways to move beyond "outdated" foundations that no longer serve us
    • emerge new foundations that allow for more creativity, meaning and passion

Through storytelling, improvisation, and visual exercises, you'll engage in a lively, whole-brain approach for delving into what it means to create with purpose in work and life. Leave with a greater understanding of your "informing foundations", your internal foundations more aligned to meet the needs of the new work paradigm, and a set of Foundational Creativity techniques you can use at work and home to set 2010 up to be a generative year for you.
