Dynamic Tension and the Third Way
There is a dynamic tension between what is, and has been, and what is emerging - what is calling to be created into the world. Businesses are facing that as the old models are no longer working in this new culture. And the new ones have yet to be created. This is a fertile, rich time in the "in-between" because it means we get to be on the edge of conscious creativity. A space has opened up for exploration, experimentation, real-time feedback and modification. We get to create and "play with" what is next...

My Random Thoughts on Creativity
Creativity is to innovation what oil is the Tinman

I look forward to the day when art and recess are mainstreamed as the essential part of a
creative working culture that they really are

With every creative Yes there comes a series of life-giving No's - discerning what something is not is important when cultivating what it is

Creativity does not pick favorites...it's there in equal abundance for all, waiting to be cultivated and expressed in our individually unique ways

Would love to see an org. job title, Chief DreamGiver and a department with the focus on helping employees achieve their dreams
