This interactive workshop will focus on two main areas of creativity: (1) key concepts to accessing and expanding your creative ability and (2) applying simple methods to access your creative power. The techniques can be applied to any aspect or exploration of your life - personal, professional and/or organizational. Benefits include:
Nahid Mokhtari, PhD, Founder and Spokesperson for the Foundation for the Education of the Heart, spent her life as a scientist, researcher and medical educator, and has over 30 years management and leadership experience. Complementary to this work, she pursued a variety of spiritual traditions to understand the origins of physical pain and the pain of loneliness that many feel, which modern and alternative science has not been able to answer. In her experience and spiritual practices, she discovered the answer exists in creative spirit within one’s own heart - that which desires to creatively play. For the past ten years, Nahid has blended the scientific and spiritual aspects of her understanding to be an active spokesperson, teacher, educator, TV host producer, and radio commentator. Her recent activities have been focused on our individual role in creating the human experience and finding the truth that lies within our own heart such that we can use our own inner wisdom to guide our life. Nahid's website is http://www.drmokhtari.com Ken Ferlic is a creativity consultant and the creator of "Releasing Your Unlimited Creativity" and associated programs and services. Trained as an energy physicist, Ken has over has thirty five years of diverse professional leadership and managerial experience. His primary areas of experience are in the application of creativity and innovative solutions to the educational/human development needs of technical organizations; the application of advanced or emerging technology to military, civilian, and research applications; blending creative and innovative solutions with existing methodologies in all phases of project coordination - from initial design through implementation; and innovative upgrades. As Acting Director of the Office of Research, Development and Testing Facilities at the US Department of Energy, he began his quest when puzzled why so many brilliant individuals were unable to freely play with options to find truly creative solutions to the situations they faced. Ken's website is http://programs.ryuc.info Nahid and Ken make a great team! Their combined understanding provides rare insights into the nature of creativity and releasing your inherent unlimited creativity. For directions, go to the CCN website or www.clevelandparkclub.org
