Thus while bullet points and conventional abstract approaches to communication can't spark the enthusiasm needed to take an organization from "good" to "great," narrative engages both the mind and the heart and permits a shift from "command and control" to "engage and enroll." This interactive presentation will allow participants to experience how stories can help handle some of the main challenges of transformational leadership, including communicating complex ideas so as to be easily understood, sparking action even from skeptical audiences, building trust by communicating who you are, enhancing your brand authentically, transmitting values, creating high performance teams, transferring knowledge, taming the grapevine, igniting innovation and leading people into the future.
