"As the year comes to a close and the darkness
deepens, it is a good time to work with the fruitful
darkness of our creative unconscious to see what
fully alive means to us now. Creative
options will be
evoked with writing and movement. Using playful
and yet deep techniques participants will expand
their view of what is possible and explore their
heart’s deepest yearning. Participants will become
clearer about what it means to live from their
deepest gladness and how that gladness can meet
the needs of the world."
Juanita Weaver is a creativity consultant
and coach who works with corporations,
entrepreneurs and executive groups, government
agencies and individuals. Prior to starting her own
business in 1997, she worked as a government
bureaucrat for 20 years serving as the director of
media and deputy administrator of the Office of
Women’s Business Ownership at the Small Business
Administration. Her work also appears in college
text books published by Houghton Mifflin and she was
the on-air creativity expert for SBTV (Small Business
TV). During 2003, she wrote the "Creative Zone"
column for Entrepreneur Magazine. She has
taught
meditation and creativity to at-risk youth and women
leaving welfare. Her teaching brings more creative
vigor and greater possibility to the life choices of
individuals and to the strategic options of
organizations.
