Happy Australia Day! It is hard to believe that January has nearly come to an end and it's time to announce our exciting new timetable including brand new classes on offer for you.
In this newsletter we've included a timely Pilates home exercise for you as well as a special promotion on our Chi Balls which will help improve your home practise.

SUNDAY MORNING CLASS
PILATES & YOGA FUSION
Sunday at 9.15am
with Karin
Fusion is a blend of Contemporary Pilates and Yoga, infused with myofascial releases.
The 1-hour class is for all levels combining strengthening exercises with active stretches and release techniques, improving physical balance and functionality. After each class there is 10-15 minutes of optional relaxation and mental centering; stay if you can!
As far as we are concerned, Fusion is the best way to start a Sunday (or any other day, really)......enjoy!

Closure of Equipment Services - Sub-lease Opportunity available Due to Gemma starting maternity leave in March, our equipment based Studio services will be closing. We apologise for any inconvenience and look forward instead to supporting you with a larger variety of Mat classes and special workshops.
