Love season
February 14th is almost here, and the pressure's on to either find love or show your affection to your loved one.
Some of us may try to opt out of Valentine's Day, but there's no getting away from it! Love is on sale everywhere - and it's expensive!
But many of us know that, despite what the media and marketeers say, there's much more to love than roses, chocolates, meals and cards. Navigating the challenges can be difficult, to say the least. And finding that special someone with whom to share your values, faith, interests and life can seem beyond reach.
This February Micah will focus on love and relationships in its annual month-long Relationship Summit. Through seminars, talks and interactive discussion and Bible Study we will explore the challenges and difficulties men and women face in finding and staying in love in today's society. We'll look at some practical and creative ways of overcoming barriers to healthy relationships, as well as Biblical principles that still hold true today.
We also plan to run a series of articles from Micah members in the newsletter throughout the month, to encourage, inspire and give you hope.
Why not invite your friends and family who you think could benefit from this Summit?
