FUSION - Sunday Night Ministry
 Fusion is our weekly Sunday night program. We play games, sing songs, share a message from the Bible, and help students to build relationships with God, the adult leaders, and each other. We meet every Sunday evening from 6-7:30pm unless a change is announced. Middle School Fusion is cancelled this Sunday October 30. With most of our middle school students attending the all night Super Bowl party from Friday night until Saturday morning, we decided to cancel our normal middle school meeting for Sunday night. Senior High Fusion is meeting as scheduled this Sunday. Fusion is cancelled on November 20, 2011. Both middle school and senior high Fusion is cancelled and all students and families are invited to attend the Eastpoint Thanksgiving Service. |

Discipleship Groups
 D-Group is our Sr. High discipleship process. D-groups meet weekly and are designed for students who are interested in learning about the Bible and being challenged at a deeper level. The groups are as follows: Tuesday nights: Larry Strondak leads a co-ed group at his house at 7pm. (3 Ridge Rd. Westbrook) All senior high students are welcome to attend. Sunday Morning Girls Only: Lisa Adkison is leading a group for girls that meet at the church in Steve Yescott's office at 9am. All girls are welcome to attend.

Upcoming Events
We are still in the process of planning our calendar for the rest of the school year. We have a few events on the calendar and a few that will be added soon. The events we have scheduled now are:
- Word of Life Super Bowl 10/28-29 (more info below)
- Middle School Winter Retreat - We will be going to Camp Berea in Hebron, NH, for the Deep Freeze Winter Weekend. The date for the retreat has changed and the new date is February 24th - 26th. The cost is $130.
- Senior High Winter Retreat - The senior high weekend is January 6-8. The cost is $130.
- Senior High Mission Trip - The Senior High mission trip has been 99% finalized. We will be having a meeting soon to announce the location and give all the details. Stay tuned for an announcement.
- Parents Meeting - We encourage you to come to a meeting for parents Sunday November 6th from 12:30-1:30.We will share important information and answer any questions you have. I look forward to meeting all who can attend.

Word of Life Super Bowl 2011 - 10/28-29
 The deadline to sign up has passed but you can call Steve to see if there is any extra room.This is an all-night Christian party where we join over 2000 other students from nearby churches and have a great night of fun and activities. The cost is $45 per person. You can see a flyer for the event by clicking here. Deadline to sign up and pay is October 23rd. This event is open to all middle and senior high students. |
