What is your role at EastPoint?
My role at E.P is the drummer for the worship team. I also done various construction projects around the church and have been a team member for multiple mission trips to Peru.
Why do you serve? It is a joy to serve at E.P. especially with the wonderful people I serve with. They are a joy to be around and they bring me happiness when I am around them. Playing the drums is my best way to worship god. I feel the Holy Spirit when I play and I am so thankful that god has given me the talent to play, what a blessing.
Where are you originally from?I was born and raised in Fort Kent Maine.
Where do you live now? My wife and I currently live in Buxton and have been there for 9 years.
What is your career background? After high school I attended a tech school in Presque Isle Maine for two years. Upon graduating, I was employed by Pratt and Whitney as a machinist. I resided in Old orchard where I started dating my wife Kim (who I have know since I was 5 years old.) While working 3rd shift at Pratt and Whitney, I acquired and rehabbed real estate. I retired from Pratt in 2005 and real estate is now my full-time my career.
What are your hobbies? I have many hobbies which include skiing snowmobiling, boating, I also like to tinker. I can fix almost anything, I've custom built Harleys and refurbished several antique cars and boats. What are your favorite scriptures? My favorite scriptures are proverbs, to me they explain who god is and how to live a godly life.

According to Luke
Discovering Jesus
Series:
This weekend:
"You Do It"
by Steve Yescott
Luke 9:10-17
10 When the apostles returned, they reported to Jesus what they had done. Then he took them with him and they withdrew by themselves to a town called Bethsaida,
11 but the crowds learned about it and followed him. He welcomed them and spoke to them about the kingdom of God, and healed those who needed healing.
12 Late in the afternoon the Twelve came to him and said, "Send the crowd away so they can go to the surrounding villages and countryside and find food and lodging, because we are in a remote place here."
13 He replied, "You give them something to eat." They answered, "We have only five loaves of bread and two fish-unless we go and buy food for all this crowd."
14 (About five thousand men were there.) But he said to his disciples, "Have them sit down in groups of about fifty each."
15 The disciples did so, and everybody sat down.
16 Taking the five loaves and the two fish and looking up to heaven, he gave thanks and broke them. Then he gave them to the disciples to set before the people.
17 They all ate and were satisfied, and the disciples picked up twelve basketfuls of broken pieces that were left over.

Couponing for Those in Need
| |
Jesus Feeds the Five Thousand, Matthew 14:13 When the disciples were worried that they did not have enough bread and fish to feed the masses, Jesus supplied their need by multiplying five loaves of bread and two fish. To be Christians is to strive to be Christ-like and what better way than multiplying what we have to give to others. Couponing for Those in Need, will be a program which "extreme couponing" tactics will be used to collect items for the those who need it most: homeless, women and children and military overseas. Your job is easy! Pull out the coupon section of your newspaper to bring to church and just drop them in the allotted "coupon box." These coupons will be matched with the best deals in the area to multiply our giving potential. Coupons that are expired will be sent in batches overseas to the troops where they can be used up to six months after expiration date and supply thousands in savings.
