Do you think of yourself as worthy?
What exactly is self-worth? According to the dictionary, self-worth is the sense of one's own value or worth as a person: self-esteem; self respect.
In order to live the life of your dreams and achieve your goals in life you must have a healthy attitude about your self-worth. You must value yourself as a person and feel that you are deserving before you will even allow yourself to consider believing that what you want to accomplish in your life is possible.
