6 Keys to Discovering Your Calling

In his book, The Kingdom Agenda, Pastor Tony Evans defines calling as the divine mission to which God has ordained you and that He has burned into you heart and equipped you to accomplish to bring Him glory and to advance His Kingdom.

Gods plan for your life guarantees to...

1.  Be unique to you

2. Burn like passion in your heart

3. Be in line with your talents, gift, and values

4. Bring glory to God

5. Be an instrument used to advance God's Kingdom , the domain over which God is spiritually sovereign (websters dictionary)

I wish I could say that I could tell you what your calling is, sure I offer many tools and insights that help you discover and live out your calling, but that alone will not answer the question, 

In Jeremiah 29:11 God says, "I know the  thoughts and plans I have for you". God is the only one who can reveal to you your true calling. What I can tell you is the keys to discovering what he is calling you to do.

6 Keys To Discovering Your Calling..

1. Call  -to ask or invite to come 

2. Pray -to make earnest petition

3. Seek - to ask for; request

4. Inquire -to seek information by questioning

5. Require -to pace under an obligation or necessity

6. Discover - to see, get knowledge of, to learn of, or find out: gain sight or knowledge of (something previously unseen or known)
