Zumba

Are you ready to party yourself into shape? That's exactly what the Zumba program is all about. It's an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party that's moving millions of people toward joy and health.  Zumba is not only a cardio workout; it also tones your body and builds strength and endurance.  You do not need any prior dance experience to follow along and get a great workout.  People who claim to be uncoordinated have told me what a great workout they get out of Zumba and that it's very easy to follow.  All you need to bring is water and comfortable clothing.

Come join me, Ashley Towey, and see for yourself why Zumba is called "Exercise in disguise"!  You have nothing to lose, except those pounds and inches!

"Ashley is an experienced Zumba instructor who teaches with energy, creativity, and makes it fun!  From the upbeat music to the rewards from a great workout, Ashley is motivating to learn from!  I always leave her classes feeling refreshed and energized.  The Zumba fitness program is fantastic!"  -Leah Innis, Des Moines

"I always hated working out, but I LOVE to dance.  Ashley's Zumba class has inspired and allowed me to do both; it's a win/win!  I lost weight and gained confidence through taking Zumba!  Ashley adds a great balance of high/low impact to her routines, all while keeping it fun!  I haven't felt this good in years!"  -April White, Carlisle

Help keep our stormwater system and waterways clean! When mowing your lawn, please do not blow your grass clippings onto your street, sidewalk or driveway.  The grass clippings clog stormwater intakes and carry chemicals into the creek.
