Street Sweeping:
During the next week the roads in Windsor Heights are going to have street sweepers go down them. Please attempt to park your car off the street next week so we can do the best possible job in keeping our streets clean.

Windsor Heights Neighborhood Association 2010 Fall Quarterly Meeting The Windsor Heights Neighborhood Association is planning to hold the fall quarterly meeting on Sunday, November 14th, 2010 from 6:30p.m. to 8:00p.m. in the 3E Conference Room, (953 73rd Street, just north of I-235). This meeting will be a great opportunity to recap all recent events such as the City Wide Ice Cream Socials, Police and Firefighter Appreciation Event and Oktoberfest. The Association will also seek input on any community involvement you would like the WHNA to participate in during the last few months of the year, so please bring your ideas. Lastly, Jason VanAusdall, Windsor Heights Public Works Director will be presenting information on a variety of topics regarding his department. Refreshments will be provided. If you need a ride or know someone who does, please contact Trevor Huffaker at whneighborhoodassociation@gmail.com so the Association can arrange a pick up. |
Winsdor Wonderland: Windsor Wonderland will be back, this time in the new Community & Events Center at Colby Park on Saturday, December 4, 2 - 5 pm. There will be all kinds of holiday activities. Planning and Zoning: The next Windsor Heights Planning and Zoning meeting will be on Wednesday, Nov. 17th at 4:00 p.m. Please check the Windsor Heights website for the agenda.

Garbage Collection Day Change
Effective December 1, Windsor Heights residents will have their garbage/recycling/yard waste collected on Friday only. Recycling will still be every other Friday.
