July 27, 2012 Dear Board Members, Details regarding our above referenced event, held in conjunction with American Majority, and co-hosted with several local organizations, are below: When: Sunday, August 12 1:30 to 4:30 PM Where: Independence Visitor's Center Ballroom (2nd Floor)
5th and Market Sts. John Fund, formerly of the Wall Street Journal, currently senior editor of the American Spectator and author of STEALING ELECTIONS, is the Keynote Speaker. The first half features a panel discussion, "Minimizing the Fraud," moderated by Dom Giordano.
The second half focuses upon, "Maximizing the Vote," conducted by Martin Gillespie of American Majority.
During the break, food and refreshments will be served. Attendees will be reimbursed $10 for parking but must show a voucher. Parking in the Independence Visitor's Center Parking Lot will then cost $6 instead
of $16.
Registration will be up sometime tomorrow on Constant Contact and the fee is $20. We can then begin event promotion. Participants must register.
A BOARD MEETING WILL BE HELD AFTERWARDS FROM 4:30 TO 5:30 PM. All board members are requested to attend.
