The Independence Hall Tea Party PAC was formed in February, 2010 to assist federal candidates in the tri-state region (DE, NJ, PA) who share the organization's commitment to limited government, fiscal responsibility, and lower taxes.
 
In the 2010 Congressional Primaries, PAC endorsed candidates won 12 of 14 contested races.  Eight of  those candidates are now serving in the 112th Congress.
 
In that same year, the PAC contributed more money to federal candidates than any other regional, state, or local Tea Party PAC.  Only Tea Party Express gave more.
