Dear Members and Friends,

As many of you know, one way to defeat ObamaCare is to defund its implementation. 

We have previously announced our 3 pronged approach to stopping ObamaCare from taking effect:  challenge it in the courts; pass state opt-out laws; defund it in Congress.

This approach is winning on many fronts.  Pennsylvania's opt out law has made it out of committee and has a good chance of becoming law. 

Recent Federal Court decisions have left the constitutionality of the ObamaCare in serious jeopardy.  It's very apparent that the US House of Representatives of the 112th Congress will not further fund the law. 

The question is, will they be brave enough to cut $105 billion that the Democratic controlled 111th Congress had previously appropriated to make sure the law would be implemented?

We should find out, tomorrow, as the House has an opportunity to cut last year's funding in a vote on the current Continuing Resolution.
