The Georgia Diabetes Prevention and Control Program (DPCP) and the Georgia Diabetes Coalition (GDC) are counting on your support once again to develop a new Strategic Plan for Addressing Diabetes in Georgia 2011-2015

 

 Together, the DPCP and GDC extend an invitation to you to join us on Tuesday, May 24th in Kennesaw, GA to begin the task of charting a new course as we respond to the increasing incidence of diabetes in Georgia.  

 

This is a unique opportunity for you to lend your voice, provide expert contributions to the process, and identify areas where we can leverage resources to bring about systemic, environmental and policy changes to address diabetes in Georgia.
