Basic Report Writer pt 1

This 2-hour class is designed to give users an introduction to the Timberline Office report writer.  In part one, a review of the data base concepts and basic report design capabilities will give you the confidence to use this powerful reporting tool.  Targeted for intermediate Timberline users.

This training will cover:     

*  Data base structure

*  Basic report writing design options

This 2-hour class is designed to give users an introduction to the Timberline Office report writer.  In part two, we will continue reviewing basic options that will give you the confidence to use this powerful reporting tool. Targeted for intermediate Timberline users.

This training will cover:     

*  Report customizations - prompt fields, print controls

*  Basic functions - IF, JOIN, LOOKUP

*  Basic report maintenance

Adjust Receivables

 This 1.5-hour class will provide you with an understanding of the different adjustment types and what interfacing modules are affected by the adjustments. We will also cover a brief overview of Data Structure, Workflow and Accounts Receivable settings to help you understand the process involved.

This training will cover:

9.8 Enhancements

This 2-hour class is designed to review with users the new enhancements that will be available with the new 9.8 version of Timberline Office.

This training will cover:     

*  New Task Journals

*  Credit card payments - setup and processing

*  New Payroll HR forms

*  General/System changes

2011 Year End Procedures

This 3 to 4-hour class is designed to review with users the processes required in each application for a successful year end close.

This training will cover:     

  • Backups
  • Closing
  • Archiving
  • Prior year adjustments (GL)
  • W2 (PR) and 1099 (AP) printing                    

Date: Wednesday,12/7      Fee is $200 

Time: 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm a 3 to 4-hr class
