CAPRESINA: MOZZARELLA
POMODORO ORIGANO  
e BASILICO 
Caprese - salad of thinly sliced tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, with fresh oregano and basil 
 
Ingredients 
*2 lbs washed, small tomatoes, sliced
*1 lb fresh buffalo mozzarella, sliced
*½ cup fresh or dried oregano and basil leaves
*Salt and pepper to taste
*Olive Oil
Directions:
On a nice VIETRI oval or rectangular platter, layer the tomatoes and
mozzarella in a line. Sprinkle with salt and ground pepper. Drizzle olive oil for taste. Scatter oregano and hand cut basil leaves for flavor and presentation.
