The California Applicants' Attorneys Association San Diego Chapter Present a 
CAAA Regular Members Roundtable - A Discussion of Current Issues Effecting the San Diego WCAB  and the following topics:"

1)  Confidential discussion on WCJs.
 
2)  The Recent Opinion in Martin Esparza regarding TTD for illegal workers when modified work is available and how we should go about combating this (in my opinion) illegal racial profiling. 
 
3)  Confidential Discussion on particular physicians.
 
4)  Discussion on Zenith MPN 
 
5)  Discussion on attorneys fees
 
6)  The correct method for physician's to request medical authorization as provided by one SD WCJ.

Cost:$20 CAAA Regular Members
Cost includes free appetizers. A full menu will be available for those of you interested in getting some really good ribs at your own expense.
