CAAAments for Linda
Linda-Your dedication and drive helped us endure and survive the tough times for CAAA and the Executive Board in 2003-2008. Thanks for your stalwart leadership and friendship. -Rocky
Linda is probably the most dedicated and passionate person I have had the pleasure of working with. She is kind and hard-working and focuses like a laser on all the injustices which cross her path. I will miss having her at our meetings with all these guys who can't seem to keep the two of us straight (we all look alike, you know!). Though I must confess that I will miss being called Linda since it has always been a privilege and honor to be thought of in her company."

Linda, I have witnessed your passion, dedication and energy to improve the WC system for all participants for many years. A well deserved and well earned honor, your honor!
-Adam Dombchik
Linda, You have achieved the highest honor an Attorney can wish for.
You have been the true voice , advocate & friend to those who don't have the ability defend themselves; to those whose lives have been altered due to injury and/or discrimination; to those whose wisdom have been enhanced by your teachings; to all those who have witnessed your passion, tenacity and dedication to CAAA and your clients. We Love You and Will Miss You.
-Barry Hinden
Linda's breath of knowledge about the WC system and inveterate commitment to a fair shake for the most oppressed, emboldens all who follow.
-Todd McFarren
Linda your knowledge, integrity and devotion you have given to CAAA will always remain an important part of this organization and its history.
I wanted to share this quote with everyone when I received the Mark Gerlach award but, as you know, I cannot talk about the CAAA or injured workers for more than two sentences without crying, so from my heart to you and all the past presidents of the California Applicants' Attorneys Association let me say:
"Human progress is neither automatic nor inevitable... Every step toward the goal of justice requires sacrifice, suffering and struggle; the tireless exertions and passionate concern of dedicated individuals."
Martin Luther King
Move forward, my friend, and make this a better world for those who cannot always fight for themselves.
