About the show

The two men look just like members of the Mafia. With their black hats, black suits, narrow ties and ever-present sunglasses, the Blues Brothers are incredibly cool! And that's before they even start performing! But once the show starts, no one can sit still. With their improvised dance routines, Jake and Elwood Blues are both unusual and as fast as lightening. Their music is amazing! The lively rhythm & blues and the black, powerful soul by the Brothers turn every audience upside down. They are absolutely live and absolutely hot: The Blues Brothers. During the Seventies, the crazy duo were born from a comedy act by John Belushi and Dan Aykroyd. After the success of their first album Briefcase Full of Blues and an American tour, a chaotic, spectacular comedy film followed, filled with music and special guest appearances. Many a soul and blue legend made their appearance, with brilliant performances by Ray Charles and Aretha Franklin in this film which became a cult film. The hits from the film, Everybody Needs Somebody to Love, Soul Man and Think have never left contemporary play lists. Jake and Elwood are back! The anarchist brothers have come over from England especially and are turning theatres upside down. With thundering soul, rhythm & blues, brilliant entertainment, a live orchestra and an unprecedented show, these gentlemen are making a statement: GET READY FOR THE BLUES! GET READY TO PARTY!
