The show will be available for international touring as of mid-May 2010 directly following a six month tour of the USA.

About the show
The Adventures of Darwin the Dinosaur is a family show, suitable for children age 5 and up and has played venues up to a capacity of 3000 seats. It is a wonderful hour of fantasy that combines ancient, wordless story telling with modern technology and music - both orchestral and pop. 40 different characters are performed by 6 artists in ingenious high-tech LED-lit costumes and puppets that light up in the dark as crayon-like creatures.
The show tells a story of a good-natured dinosaur discovering the outside world.Created, choreographed and directed by Ian Carney and Corbin Popp, both veteran performers from Twyla Tharp's dance company, "Darwin" is rich on technologically dazzling visuals that today's kids relish. It also promotes appreciation for puppetry and movement, art forms that resonate best in live performance. |
