Pilates Day is May 1, 2010 which is this Saturday! Please come to take a class at Purely Pilates to celebrate! All classes are running as normal and we will offer the 9 am Tower/Springs & Pulley class and the Advanced Mat at 10 am free for that day and taught by Mallory Welsh. If you haven't taken from Mallory yet, she is one of our newest teachers, who also dances at San Jose Ballet. She took Pilates as a young student dancer in NYC at her ballet school, School of American Ballet. You can catch her on stage the weekend after! Please call ahead to reserve your place in the class of your choice! Liz, Traci and Kathy will also be teaching. Great teachers, great Pilates!! |

Spend the afternoon exercising your body and your brain with Mindful practices assist us in quieting the mind, tapping into the body's wisdom, and in opening the heart. Tanya T. Wiser, LCSW is a psychotherapist specializing in the integration of mindfulness a free Pilates Mat Class and a free 2 hour Mindful Living Workshop. During the Mindful Living Workshop, Allison will introduce you to Pilates and lead you through the basic Pilates mat exercises. | Power Pilates apprentices teach at reduced rates! | | We have wonderful new teachers going through our Power Pilates teacher training programs who are ready to work with you! The rate for apprentices at 0-400 hours of their training is single private $35 and 5 sessions for $150 ($30 each). This rate increases in the 400-600 hour level to $50/session or $225 for 5 sessions ($45 each). Call or email us to schedule an appointment! |
