Make your own Glass Masterpiece!

Jesse Kelly is a glass artist extraordinaire. So many of you emailed me after seeing his work in a recent blog post, that I asked if he was offering any workshops in the near future.

You're in luck! Get a group of 5 or 6 friends together and book a 5 hour session with Jesse at his Seattle studio. For $125 pp you'll each make TWO glass pieces and have tons of fun. Jesse provides all the supplies including beer or wine - and nobody will get burned!

Just think how much fun it would be to make your own piece of garden art. Or perhaps a special piece for fall decorating or a unique holiday gift?

Email Jesse to schedule.

PLANT OF THE
MONTH
Viburnum trilobum
Cranberry viburnum
(Viburnum trilobum)

I've always been drawn to the glossy red fruit and  pretty maple shaped

leaves but the fall color is

 truly spectacular.

These thrive in wet

 soil which is good news

for me, but they are also happy in fertile,

 moisture retentive soil.

Hardy in zones 2-7.

Prefer full sun or partial shade.

8-10' tall and wide.
