November 2009                                               96th Season
Dear Friends, Pirate_King

We have much to be thankful for this year at Perry-Mansfield: another wonderful summer of providing over 300 students with exceptional performing arts education; a newly renovated administrative office, grant awards from state and local foundations, and of, course, the support of our friends, parents, alumni, faculty, and students.

YOU are what makes Perry-Mansfield such a special place. Thank you for all of your support throughout the year.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Long-Time P-M Faculty Heads to AfricaRusty_deLucia

"In 1965, Rusty de Lucia received an acceptance letter from the Peace Corps inviting her to teach English in Thailand. The day before that letter arrived, she signed a contract to teach English at a middle school in New York. De Lucia put the Peace Corps on hold for her succeeding 40-plus-year career as an educator, but she never forgot her adventurous dream."
