"12 Months Of Giving"
Wednesday November 10th 25% of our retail sales will be donated to the Florence Community PTA. Trees, Shrubs, Perennials, Statuary, Hardscape Material, WaterGarden Supplies, Home Decor, Candles & Fertilizers to name just a few. Come out and start you Holiday Shopping early and support the PTA.
"Next Generation Kids Club"
Saturday November 13th, from 10 to noon, we are going to be doing our pumpkin chucking, bring in you old/tired jack-o'-lantern and give it a chuck to see how far you can launch it...We will also have pumpkins available to launch incase yours did not make it thru Halloween. Also on that day kids will be will be able to plant spring flowering bulbs...Cost.....FREE |

12 Months of Giving Application

We are now accepting applications for donating to 12 different non-profits or Charities 25% of our retail sales for one day a month (2nd Wednesday) will be donated. We have tried to make the process a little easier you may download the application & then fax it back to 541-997-6211. or drop it off at the nursery by December 20th.

Parents, Aunts & Uncles remeber back when you were a child helping your Grandparents in the garden, I sure do walking in the dirt in my barefeet trying to go the whole summer and not put shoes on, well that is one of the reasons we started the kids club is to get the family to garden together again & make lasting memories.

Wreath Making 101

Want a chance to make a custom wreath for someone special or for yourself, to add that splash of color to yours or their front door this Holiday Season. Use foliage such as Noble fir, Red & Incense Cedar, green & varigated Holly, Juniper with berries, cryptomeria are just a few of the greens that can be used.
cost will be determined by ring size & greens used.

Roses 2011
Our Roses for 2011 have finally been confirmed, this has been long over do. There has been a big shake up in the rose world...Thanks goodness for Shayne, she does our rose ordering and last year she decided to change who we buy from. Long story short..No more Jackson & Perkins Roses. here is the list of roses that we are expecting as of now......but things can change...

Preparing for Winter and getting ready for Spring
I was sitting here at my desk thinking (which I don't do much of) have we preparded the nursery for winter yet(we learned to be ahead of the game after last winter) so I jotted down a few things that we do here and at our own places. |
