Join Facing Forward for the 2012 Social: Home, Help and Hope.
This lively evening supports our mission to give homeless women and families in Chicago the permanent homes and tools they need to rebuild their lives.

HUD awarded an additional $240,000 grant to add 15 more families (approximately 50 people) to the Facing Forward program. But it does require them to raise an additional $40,000 to make this dream a reality.  With God's help, they are confident they can raise the "match."

Volunteers available through DOOR

DOOR, a partnered program with the Presbytery of Chicago, has day long volunteers to offer Presbyterian ministries and churches from June 11, 2012 to August 18, 2012.  DOOR volunteers are usually high school students who are supervised by an adult and a DOOR staff.  

 

These volunteers are available to do cleaning, building projects, summer camps, soup kitchen work, or whatever you can dream up Monday through Thursdays. Have something in mind? Contact Krista at Krista@DOORnetwork.org or 312.545.3667.
