Children of Abraham: Christians Study Islam and the Qur'an The Ecumenical and Interreligious Work Group would like to bring to your attention a study series created by a local interfaith groups.

What: Stewardship and Financial Development Gathering

Consultant and author Gil Rendle will present a study of his book "Journey in the Wilderness: New Life for Mainline Churches" on Friday, Oct. 28, in Urbana, Ill. The event is open to the public. "The Art of Transitional Ministry"

This Basic Interim/Transitional Ministry Education consists of 60 contact hours divided equally between two Residency Weeks -Week I (30 hours) and Week II (30 hours) separated by a Practicum which combines reflection on, and experience in, some aspect of interim/transitional ministry.
Registration is limited, so please encourage those who are appropriate for this training and this ministry to sign up early!

Choir Robes Available
Niles Community Church has 15 choir robes in excellent condition that we would love to see used by another church. The robes are of varying sizes. They are royal blue with gold in the front folds. The yokes have the PC USA symbol on them. We will accept a reasonable donation for the robes.
