Spill Reporting and Cleanup

Knowing who to call after a spill to report the incident and clean it up properly is the key to spill preparedness. Spill Center has 20 years experience assessing spills and advising spill generators on the proper steps to report and remediate spills requiring environmental cleanup. Spill Center maintains a database of reporting requirements of agencies in nearly 30,000 state, local, federal and provincial jurisdictions throughout North America. Also accessible are files on more than 3,000 qualified environmental cleanup contractors who are equipped to handle specific spills in the US and Canada.

Spill Center's well-trained compliance associates can help your company prepare a spill contingency plan, which can be activated 24/7 - even at nights, on weekends and holidays - with a single phone call after a spill. They can handle all regulatory spill reporting to keep you in compliance with the law and avoid fines and penalties for late reports. They can also coordinate the cleanup operation and monitor disposal of contaminated soil and waste. Other Spill Center services include invoice auditing to avoid paying more than you should for services and proprietary automated systems that can track incidents and produce reports to identify conditions and trends to improve safety.

Clients pay an annual subscription fee, plus an hourly fee for any services required. For more information on Spill Center's services, call Tom Moses at 978-568-1922, X222 or email him at tmoses@spillcenter.com. Or visit www.spillcenter.com for more information.
