a spill online, use your Internet browser to go to
www.spillcenter.com and click on Report
a Spill. That brings up a form with blanks to enter details of the spill,
including material spilled, quantity, location, and which regulatory
authorities are/were at the scene. Additional questions are answered with Yes,
No or Unknown, such as:
- Has the spill been contained?

Did the spill reach water?
- Has soil been affected by the spill?
- Any health effects caused by the spill?
- Is the clean-up complete?
