Inspired by the mixed media process, Asian art and words that empower change, Stephanie is creating 17 new works for her Adelante! Gallery April Exhibit.
Words from Stephanie about her work:
"When I was a skinny, sickly little girl growing up in Oklahoma City, my teachers and I always knew that I would be an artist. Art was always a part of my life growing up. So was asthma. It gave me compassion for human suffering and those struggling in life. It moves me to creativity.
My other passion, the environment, is a topic that is very emotional for me because it is the environment that made me sick. My work conveys words of hope. They are kind, natural, spiritual, peaceful and sometimes humorous words. My art is my outlet to encourage mankind to live these words daily and to engage thought about the world we live in."
Exhibit: April 2 - April 24 ---------------------------------------------------
We are posting Stephanie's new work on our WETPAINT! website as they are completed. They can be purchased before the Opening Reception.
