Why Paperless Processes Equal More Sales
In the competitive card services landscape the urgency to close sales quickly is top priority. By streamlining processes and reducing operational overhead, organizations can close more business in less time. Today's sales reps and sales teams can no longer afford to wait on time-consuming, error prone manual based processes. They need to drive revenue, not push paper.
The real issue is where to start? In card services, we know that chasing down and sending large volumes of paperwork frustrates all parties from the sales rep to the prospective merchant, to the quality assurance, credit and boarding teams.
Additionally, consumers are becoming more demanding on the ease of doing business when choosing their preferred partners. What that means for ISO's, MSP's, processors and any business that sends paper documents is that it's time to embrace solutions that not only automate business processes, but enhance customer experience.
Business Challenges:
- Compiling paperwork is too slow
- Checking for errors, missing information and missing documents wastes time and money
- Supporting documentation is missing - slowing down the approval process
- Securing sensitive information is almost impossible
- Identifying bottlenecks in the application process is difficult
Moving to a digital agreement platform and process can often satisfy all the stakeholders involved.
Agreement Express by Recombo is a complete Contract Management Software service that reduces operational costs across the entire agreement workflow - including preparing, distributing, routing, error-checking, storing and retrieving agreements. It also improves revenue by making it fast and easy for your sales people to compile paper based applications or contracts.
Some of the benefits include:
- Eliminate incomplete apps or missing information by the rep and the merchant
- Eliminate missing documents like void checks, financials, etc.
- Accelerate the workflow and boarding process
- Provide a seamless experience for both the sales and the merchant
- The ability to have control at the data level and view all transactions in real time
- Improve completion time, reduce costs and speed time to revenue
Agreement Express by Recombo™ enables organizations to maximize the benefits of automated business processes - reduce costs, increase productivity, improve customer satisfaction, and save money.
With Agreement Express you can drive down your costs and realize a return on investment in weeks - rather than years. Agreement Express can automate all types of processes such as insurance , wealth management, debt settlement and merchant card service application forms, employee on-boarding, or equipment lease agreements, that all require a number of forms to be completed and various internal and external signatories to sign & approve.
