Greetings Pilgrim,
In this update we'll discuss SONAR FOREX signals delivered from Mr. J. While Mr. J is monitoring many inter-bank forex pairs his focus is mostly on the Euro currency vs. the US Dollar, the Canadian Dollar vs. the US Dollar, the British Pound vs. the US Dollar and the Euro currency vs. the Japanese Yen. Each of these Forex pairs are available using CME currency futures contracts, or can be traded in the inter-bank Forex markets. In the futures market and the inter-bank Forex markets there are two types of contracts suitable for smaller retail traders. The 'Mini' contracts, which are 1/10th the size of a full inter-bank contracts of $1 million (US), or the 'Micro' contracts which are 1/100th the size of the full contract. A 'Micro' contract on the British Pound (US) is worth $.625 per tick or 'PIP'. A 'Mini' contract on the British Pound (US) is worth $6.25 per tick or pip. ( WATCH THOSE DECIMAL POINTS). The smaller contract size allows smaller retail traders an opportunity to participate in the largest market on the board. We'll have further discussions on the contracts suitable for smaller traders following MR.J's SONAR ALERTS. Mr. J trades a small 'portfolio' of Forex contracts wherein he may be long, or short one or up to four currency pairs at a time. His 'PORTFOLIO' strategy produces impressive gains month to month, but you need a decent sized margin account ($15,000.00) to trade 'Mini' contracts for his four markets. On the other hand, for smaller gains, you can trade the 'Micro' contracts for substantially less margin. We suggest that you track Mr. J's portfolio calls over the next two weeks during our trial and then decide what type of trading account (MINI or MICRO) would be suitable for you. Please check with your broker for contract size, margin and risk component. We suggest using futures contracts as opposed the Forex Inter-Bank contracts as the cost is better and there is more transparency on fills and so forth. Please remember that Mr. J's SONAR ALERTS are only opinions and not recommendations to buy or sell. The same is true with all SONAR TRADE ALERTS we provide. The SONAR 'TRADE ALERTS' are timing signals based upon various market conditions that are distributed as educational information and are not intended for actual trade recommendations. Should you elect to trade off these signals please be advised that all of our content is distributed for the sole purpose of educating individuals on the price dynamic of various markets. We provide a medium for training people interested in learning how to trade various security instruments and No comments or trade alerts distributed should be considered to be Buy or Sell recommendations. Should you decide to use these signals for trading your own capital please be advised that; 1) We definitely do not recommend that ... and 2) You do so at your own risk. There is great risk in trading futures contracts and other securities. Please take time to thoroughly review all risk disclosure documents before participating in our free trial.
