Greetings!
"Did I tell you that you are doing a great job?" Encouraging words are especially meaningful to your employees right now. You have a lot on your mind while you are maintaining your business and moving forward. You are doing your best to keep and project a positive attitude. At the same time, your employees feel the pressure of the downturn. They know if business has fallen off whether you have directly shared the fact with them or not. They have friends and family members (if not co-workers) who have lost their jobs. They think, "It could happen to me." Encouraging words are the most cost-effective investment you can make in your company right now. It's such a small thing, but so easily overlooked and taken for granted. Compensation isn't all about money, benefits, contests or prizes. Showing your appreciation will increase smiles and limit complaining. It will also increase productivity. Feeling appreciated is a powerful motivator. It's more important now than ever. ( Share your thoughts here.) When PRIME meets in Chicago on September 14, discussions will focus on important issues such as "how to manage change in difficult times." We will explore ways to identify the source and find solutions to those issues that bother you and bring down your employees. Also on the agenda, "how to stop wasting your marketing dollars." How do you create a message that gets through to a public that is not in a spending mood? PRIME members will take one day to be away from the urgent cries of the office and focus on those issues that are important to the ongoing success of their business...not just for today, but for tomorrow and in the coming weeks and months. People will find a leader. Leadership is about learning. Stop learning and you'll soon find your followers looking elsewhere. Learn more about PRIME

 FAQs and more...
Q: I keep hearing about PRIME. What is PRIME? A: The short answer is
- Professional
- Remodelers
- In
- Management
- Excellence
PRIME is, in fact, a limited number of industry leaders and remodeling business owners/experts who meet together to discuss current issues and find solutions for doing business in today's economy.
Q: What are the PRIME topics of discussion? A: All PRIME discussions are real-time and relevant. The change in the business environment has, of course, been a continuing discussion. We have taken the time to assess business fitness, look at today's consumer, analyze and update marketing and sales approaches. Our agenda adapts very quickly to the changes that we see taking place.
Q: Who's in PRIME? A: PRIME is made up of the nation's largest and finest remodeling companies. Four of these companies have been named "Professional Remodeler of the Year." We have "Fred Case Entrepreneur of the Year" award winners and nominees. There are national franchises and dealerships. Several are listed within the first 50 of Qualified Remodelers Top 500; all fall in the parameters of the top 200. There are single location businesses and multi-location organizations.
Q: What's unique about PRIME? A: There is NO OTHER place or group in the world where you can sit down with a council of experts such as these and have industry-specific and in-depth, small group discussions concerning the issues facing your business today. You will network with your peers, gain insight throughout the day and relax, develop valuable relationships and enjoy informal discussions around the dinner table.
Q: Can I be a part of PRIME? A: It depends. PRIME members must meet certain criteria in order to participate. Members are market exclusive on a direct non-competitive basis.
Q: Do I have to sign up for a full year? A: No. Attend one meeting to see if PRIME is for you. If you like what you experience, you will want to continue. PRIME members continue because of the dynamic nature of the meetings... not to fulfill a contract or obligation. If you find your first meeting is of no value to you whatsoever, your participation fee will be refunded.
Q: How do I get started? A: Simply call 757.344.4569 and talk with Joy or email joy@ebapproach.com. Or click here to download and submit the simple survey/application form to get started. PLUS you will receive a copy of Mark Richardson's book, "How FIT is Your Business" just for asking! September 14 Meeting Information

When PRIME began less than one year ago, it was our passion to "Build Business Excellence" by bringing together the best in the remodeling industry. Just as competing against the best will sharpen your game, so collaborating with the top minds in the country will sharpen your business and your perspective. What are the the nation's leading companies doing to bring in AND CLOSE more leads? What marketing strategies are working for them? How do they make the tough decisions in a difficult environment? Answers to these questions can take your business to the next level. PRIME is the newest and most talked about council in the the remodeling industry. One participant said it this way, "PRIME is the graduate school of peer councils!" This is where excellence is hammered out and nailed down!
