This is a reminder to make your arrangements for our September 14 meeting in Chicago. Although we have an August 20 deadline for the hotel reservations, I encourage you to make your plans and reservations now, if you have not already done so. I am glad to assist you with any of your travel or hotel arrangements.
Also, I need to get a count for our cruise, dinner on Sunday and dinner on Monday. Please confirm that you plan to attend each of these events.

Sunday, September 13
Make your travel plans to be available around 3:00 p.m. (exact time will be announced later) for an Architectural Cruise of Chicago. Following the cruise we will go to dinner together.
Monday, September 14
PRIME will convene with breakfast at 7:30 a.m. on Monday, September 14. We will meet until approximately 5:30 p.m. Dinner will follow. Make the effort to stay...this is a great time to relax and follow up on the day's activities. This has become an important aspect of the meeting.

Rates: $229 - I have secured Executive Level upgrades for everyone at this price with complimentary access to the Executive Lounge. (These rooms are $359 on their website.)
Again, reservations are now available and must be received on or before August 20.
Airports
When making your travel plans, remember that there are two airports (O'Hare and Midway) that are similar in distance from downtown Chicago.
