At Home Solutions by Saint Therese provides Caregiver and Home Health Care Services from 2-24 hours per day seven days a week in the Twin Cities. We can assist with various tasks including homemaking, meal preparation, medication reminders, decluttering / downsizing/ organizing; laundry, companionship, respite and incidental transportation.
Certified Nursing Assistants assist with everything a Caregiver can do in addition to helping with personal cares such as incontience, dressing, transferring, bathing and feeding assistance.
We also provide home/property safety assessments to ensure long term safety at home. Our various recommendations may include installing grab bars, new flooring, additional lighting and adaptive equipment, etc. Our handyman is able to make simple modifications as requested.
Unlimited referrals and resources to various other support agencies in the area are available to our clients and primary support contacts.
